Robbie is the H.B.I.C. of this operation and serves as our Director of Client Partnerships & Community Strategy, where she focuses on managing and expanding client partnerships following initial outreach through contract execution, program delivery alignment, and post-engagement logistics.
As a native North Carolinian, Robbie has expansive experience in higher education, conference planning and programing, student leadership, and DEI education. She received her Bachelors degree from UNC Charlotte and a Master’s degree from Clemson University. She loves meeting new people and working with clients to create deliverable content that is powerful and real. Robbie is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Juliana serves as our Strategic Growth and Engagement Specialist! If you’ve received an email from us after a conference or event, it’s most likely from her. In this role, Juliana develops lead generation, relationship follow-up, and content amplification. Opening doors, sharing the Bonny Shade Speaks story -turning connections into real impact.
Originally from Delaware, Juliana graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in P.R. and Marketing and has a passion for supporting educational programming and driving cultural change. She’s a proud member of Zeta Tau Alpha and as a recent graduate, hopes to continue her involvement in higher education.
B. Shade (as her friends call her) lives in Charlotte, N.C. and travels across the country to help people fall in love with their story. As the C.E.O. and lead speaker, Bonny oversees all creative ideas, curriculum design, content development and delivery, National Organization Partnerships, and brainstorming sessions to create the ideal program for your needs.
Bonny is a leading expert in sexual violence prevention education for college students, professionals, and athletes while also speaking and educating on leadership, women’s belonging, and community building. She holds a Bachelors degree from Florida Gulf Coast University, a Master’s degree from Bowling Green State University, and a Design Thinking Certificate from UNC Charlotte.
Bonny has worked in higher education for over 15 years and is a proud member and volunteer of Zeta Tau Alpha.
